2. The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to call for the records in Crime No. 2 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.
3. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, i.e., 22.09.2026, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that, there being no stay of the proceedings, the respondent police had investigated the matter and laid the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur, Theni District, and the case had been taken on file as C.C. No. 228 of 2024.
