O R D E R
This Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.270 of 2024 dated 18.05.2024 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the respondent police conducted the investigation and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri and the case was thereafter taken on file as P.R.C.No.96 of 2025.
3. Since the final report has already been filed and the case has been taken on file by the jurisdictional Court and it was in the stage of committal, nothing survives for further consideration in the present quash petition.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. 22-09-2026 Index: Yes/No Internet:Yes/No NCC:Yes/No psa __________
