O R D E R
This Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.15 of 2022 dated 15.04.2022 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the case was pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Trichy and the case was thereafter taken on file as C.C. No. 563 of 2026.
3. Since the case has been taken on file by the jurisdictional Court, nothing survives for further consideration in the present quash petition.
