O R D E R
This Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.391 of 2019 dated 10.08.2019 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the respondent police conducted the investigation and filed the final report before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Srirangam, Trichy and the case was thereafter taken on file as C.C. No. 17 of 2026.
3. Since the final report has already been filed and the case has been taken on file by the jurisdictional Court, nothing survives for further consideration in the present quash petition.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. 22-09-2026 Index: Yes/No Internet:Yes/No NCC:Yes/No psa __________
