JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Ms.N.Varsha, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, on instructions would submit that entire benefits due to the respondent had already been settled.
2. That being so, no further adjudication is needed. However, the findings and direction of the Writ Court to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the officials of the appellant alone is set aside.
