2. On the last date of hearing also none has appeared on behalf of the Petitioner.

3. It is borne from the record that the Petitioner is undergoing CIRP and Mr. Nitin Kant Setia, learned Counsel appeared on behalf of the Resolution Professional (RP) on 21.01.2025. However, there has been no appearance on behalf of the RP after the said date.

4. In this light, by the last order dated 10.07.2026, the following direction was passed:

“2. On 21.01.2025, Mr. Nitin Kant Setia, learned Counsel, had appeared on behalf of the Resolution Professional (RP). However, there is no appearance on behalf of the RP after 21.01.2025.

3. It is made clear that if there is no appearance on behalf of the RP on the next date of hearing, this Court will presume that the RP is not interested in pursuing the case and the matter will be dismissed for non-prosecution.”

5. Accordingly, the present petitions are dismissed for want of prosecution.
