(Hybrid Mode) 28.10.2026 : This appeal is filed against an impugned order dated 29.09.2026 passed by the Ld. Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi, Court V).

2. The only grievance been put forth by the learned Sr. counsel for the appellant is, Resolution Professional has filed I.A. No. 4376/2026 for appointment of a new Authorised Representative of the homebuyers but it has not been taken up for the last two dates.

3. It is submitted, the appellant shall be satisfied if the application is taken up on 29.10.2026 i.e., the date fixed.

4. The appeal is disposed of while requesting the Ld. Adjudicating Authority to hear the above application and to dispose it of as expeditiously as possible. Pending applications are also disposed of.
