(Hybrid Mode) 27.10.2026: Ms. Sanchita Jain, submits that she wants to file an application for impleadment on behalf of one Mr. Dhirendra Singh (who is an allottee). We accordingly permit. Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Dhirendra Singh to file an appropriate impleadment application in the appeal, within seven days, with advance copy to all the parties. Ld. Counsel for the Appellant on the other hand submits that an interim order in this appeal is running since February, 2026 and therefore the appeal is required to be disposed of at the earliest. We are in agreement with the submissions made by Ld. Counsel for the Appellant, however we have already provided an opportunity, as stated herein before, to Dhirendra Singh to file an appropriate impleadment application within 7 days from today with an advance copy to Ld. Counsel for all the parties, the said application is required to be disposed of at first. List on 20.11.2026 for the disposal of the impleadment application which would be filed on behalf of Dhirendra Singh.
