**ORDER**
1. 1. The Appellant has filed the present Chamber Appeal against the order dated 17/01/2024 passed by Ld. Registrar declining registration of the proposed Appeal due to non-removal of office objections and for want of prosecution.
2. 2. I have heard Ld. Counsel for the Appellant and perused the record.
3. 3. It appears from the documents filed by the Appellant along with Appeal memo of this Chamber Appeal that the Appellant has removed the office objections. The delay in filing this Chamber Appeal has already been condoned vide order dated 01/10/2026 passed in I.A.No.1945/2026.
4. 4. In view of removal of office objections by the Appellant, the impugned order passed by Ld. Registrar deserves to be set aside. Hence, the following order is passed:

- ➤ The present Chamber Appeal is allowed.
- ➤ The order dated 17/01/2024 passed by Ld. Registrar is hereby quashed and set aside.
- ➤ The Registry is directed to register and number the Appeal and to put up the same for hearing before this Tribunal on 03/11/2026.
