1. The instant application is filed for early hearing of the present appeal bearing Diary No. 1122/2026. Sh. Amit Shukla, Counsel for the appellant / applicant after referring the impugned order dated 06.02.2026 stated that the S.A. bearing No. 163/2024 is listed before DRT on the application filed by the borrower and adverse order may be passed against the appellant. In these circumstances, he prayed for urgent hearing.
2. Issue notice of the urgent application (I.A. No. 1624/2026) to the respondent on taking steps by the appellant through all permissible modes, returnable on 02.11.2026.
