ORDER
Memo filed for withdrawal of this appeal because of the settlement talks with the respondent. Petitioners also prays for refund of Court fee deposited at the time of filing the appeal.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank is present and concedes that settlement talks are going on.
3. In the circumstances stated by the learned counsel for the appellant and on filing of a memo for withdrawal, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall bear their own costs. Pending IAs, if any shall stand closed.
4. Refund of Court fee is subject to provisions of the concerned Act.
