ORDER
Memo is filed for withdrawal of this appeal.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that out of two properties, one property has been sold by the respondent- Bank and the balance due amount has been paid by the appellant.
3. In the said circumstances, memo is filed for withdrawal of this appeal with a request to refund the pre-deposit amount with accrued interest.
4. No representation for the respondents.
5. In view of the memo filed for withdrawal of this appeal, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall bear their own costs. Pending IAs, if any shall stand closed.
6. Registry is directed to refund the pre-deposit made at the time of entertaining the appeal to the petitioner with accrued interest if any.
