1. Mr. Wadhwan has filed a praecipe seeking clarification. He submitted that he would file an appropriate application in Appeal No.19 of 2023. He also prayed that records in Appeal No.193 of 2011 (disposed of on 21.11.2011) and Appeal No.82 of 2012 (disposed of on 27.06.2012) may be called for in Appeal No.689 of 2023.
