2. It is recorded that despite specific order dated 18.08.2026 directing the petitioner to pay the entire arrears of Rs.1,62,500/-, representing the entire arrears of rent upto 31.08.2026, the said order has not been complied with as well.
3. The executing Court shall dispose of E.P No.8 of 2025 in RCOP No.5 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.10.2026.
4. With the above direction, both the civil revision petitions are dismissed. No costs.
