COMMON ORDER
Mr.Samir Shah, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly brings to my notice that in view of the fact that there was no stay pending in the appeal before the Rent Tribunal, the Executing Court has now proceeded to take delivery and restore possession with the respondent/landlord.
2. Admittedly, two appeals are pending before the Rent Tribunal. It is needless to state that in the event of the petitioners succeeding before the Rent Tribunal, they shall be entitled to seek for restitution.
3. With the above observation, both the civil revision petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 21.09.2026 Index:yes/no Website:yes/no Speaking Order/Non-speaking Order sr To The XV Small Causes Court, Chennai. CRP Nos. 5992 and 5994 of 2026
