ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the concerned Court and additionally, he has also made the following endorsement : “May this Court may be pleased to pass order liberty to file appropriate application before concerned Court.”
2. In view of endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file necessary petition before the trial Court in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
