ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit was decreed on 23.08.2024
C.R.P(MD)No.1997 of 2023 and therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and additionally, he has also made the following endorsement : “O.S.No.42 of 2016 the suit was decreed on 23.08.2024. Hence, this petition become infructuous.”
2. In view of endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
