ORDER
This petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 21-04-2023 made in I.A.No.4 of 2023 in O.S.No.64 of 2020 on the file of the Additional District Munisif Court, Ambasamdram.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infrucuous. No costs.
