It appears that pursuant to an order dated 19 January, 2005 passed by aCo-ordinate Bench, a sum of Rs. 1,70,000/- has been kept with the Registrar,Original Side and the same is lying idle and not earning any interest.

Significantly, neither of the parties nor their respective Advocates hadbrought this fact to the attention of this Court.

In such circumstances, the Registrar, Original Side is directed to investthe amount of Rs. 1,70,000/- in any fixed deposit with any nationalized bankand keep the same renewed until further orders of Court.

Let this matter go out of the list.
