Judgment

Learned counsel for the respondent Mr.L.Chandrakumar would submit that the writ petition has been instituted challenging the order of suspension. However, the respondent was subsequently removed from service. That being so, no further adjudication is required in the writ appeal. Since the cause does not exist, the writ appeal stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (S.M.S.,J.)
