JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present intra-court appeal has been listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel for the respondent.
2. The issues raised in the present intra-court appeal are no more res integra.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that issues are covered in respect of the order dated 25.06.2026 passed in W.A. No. 4000 of 2025.
4. When the matter was finally heard, learned Special Government Pleader relied on the order passed by this Court dated 07.07.2026 in Writ Appeal No. 1809 of 2026.
5. Perusal of both orders would show that this Court has directed to consider the application in terms of G.O.Ms. No. 164, School

Education Department, dated 16.07.2025.
6. In view of the above position, the present writ appeal is also disposed of in terms of G.O.Ms. No. 164, dated 16.07.2025. Accordingly, the appellants are directed to consider the case of the respondent in terms of G.O.Ms. No. 164, School Education Department, dated 16.07.2025 as expeditiously as possible.
