PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide proceedings in MLR.222/D2-Ins/MC/2026 dated 08.09.2026 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, directing the respondents to grant permission and necessary protection to conduct the “Adal Padal” programme on 17.09.2026 at 06.00pm to 10.00pm in connection with “Astabandhana Maha Kumbhabhishekam Vizha” of the Arulmigu Sri Sakthi Vinayagar, Sri Sakthi Mariamman Thirukovil, Anna Nagar 2nd Street, opposite Fatima College, Madurai.
