ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the Respondent for wilful disobedience of the Order dated 27.02.2026, passed in C.M.P.No. 2056 of 2026 in C.R.P.No. 5224 of 2025 by this court.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the parties along with their respective counsel are present before this court. The learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent has vacated the tenanted premises and he is ready to hand over the key to the petitioner today itself.
3. The key of the tenanted premises is handed over by the respondent/ tenant to the petitioner/landlord in open court, in the presence of their respective counsel and the same is received by the petitioner/landlord.
