ORDER
This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents herein for willfully and deliberately disobeying the Judgment and Order dated 19.12.2023 made in W.P.No.21857 of 2022 by this Court.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has filed a compliance report and submitted that, out of the two directions issued by this Court, one direction has been complied with. The other direction is to evict the encroachers who are in possession and enjoyment of the land in question and who belong to the non-depressed class. Subsequent to the order passed by this Court, the said persons have filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.13945 of 2024 and obtained an order of stay.
