ORDER

Mr. V. Narayanan, representing Mr. S. N. Subramani, learned counsel on record for the revision petitioner, and Mr. A. Divine Rojer, representing Mr. S. Kingston Jerold, learned counsel on record for respondents 1 and 2, are before this Court.

2. Mr. A. Divine Rojer, learned representing counsel for respondents 1 and 2, submits that the suit in O.S. No. 90 of 2015, on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam, was dismissed for default on August 8, 2024.

3. This Court has perused the relevant particulars available on the e- Courts portal in open Court. It is seen that the suit was listed under the special list on August 8, 2024, and that the plaintiff and the learned counsel on record for the plaintiff were present before the Court but failed to adduce evidence. Hence, the suit was dismissed for default. Since the suit itself was dismissed for default, the prayer sought for in the present civil revision petition has become infructuous.

CRP No. 3506 of 2024

4. Hence, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. 28-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No JRS To The Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam.
