ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.10.2026, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the Writ Petition today, ie., on 27.10.2026 under the caption “for dismissal”. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is listed today under the caption “for dismissal”.
2. Even though the Writ Petition is listed under the caption “for dismissal”, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option, but to dismiss this Writ Petition for non prosecution.
