ORDER
The petitioner is a Librarian Grade – III. He has filed this writ petition challenging the order transferring him from Avudaiyarkoil to Pudukottai on administrative reasons.
2. Transfer is incidental to service. Therefore, this court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has raised certain medical grounds that his mother is a cancer patient. Therefore, the petitioner can very well submit a representation in this regard to the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent shall consider the same on its merits.
