SYED RAJIK AHMED, Branch Receivable Manager of the Applicant as a RECEIVER to seize the vehicle more particularly described in the schedule to the Judges Summon wherever stationed in the premises of the respondents or wherever it is found and with whomsoever it is found with powers to break open the premises and grant permission to the receiver to obtain police aid from the concerned police Officer.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the arbitral award proceedings have been initiated and are pending. It is further submitted that the notice issued to the respondent has been served, but the vehicle is yet to be seized by the party receiver.
2. Even though notice is served, the respondent has not chosen to appear before this Court and oppose this application.
3. In view thereof, the order dated 15.07.2026 is made absolute.
