Sharma, Additional Advocate General, for respondents No. 36 & 37. Sushil Kukreja, Judge (oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition, however, with a direction to the learned trial Court to decide the application, preferred by the petitioners/plaintiffs, under Order 39, Rule 2A of CPC, expeditiously.

2 ( 2026:HHC:47289 ) the application, preferred by the petitioners/plaintiffs, under Order 39, Rule 2A of CPC, as expeditiously as possible and in any event not later than 15th January, 2027. Liberty is also given to the petitioners/plaintiffs to move a fresh application for implementation of order dated 26.02.2024 before the learned trial Court.
3. Registry is directed to send copy of this Order to the learned Trial Court, forthwith. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
