Rules read with Section 9 (1)(ii)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, praying to direct the Respondents to furnish security for the sum of Rs.10,17,814/- within a time fixed by this Court failing which to order attachment of the immovable properties morefully described in the Schedule to the Judges Summons til enforcement of the award passed in the arbitration proceedings and a copy of the attachment order be transmitted through the Sub Court, Proddatur, Kadapa District, Andhra Pradesh and communicated to SRO Muddanura and the attachment order may be hand delivered to the Applicant for transmission.

ORDER
It is seen that by an order dated 29.07.2026, the respondent was directed to furnish security to the tune of Rs.10,17,814/-. Even though notice has been served, the respondents have neither furnished security nor appeared before this Court to show cause as to why they should not furnish security.
2. In view thereof, the petitioner is entitled to the further relief of attachment of the immovable property mentioned in the schedule to the judge's summons. Accordingly, Arbitration Application No. 1527 of 2026 stands allowed as prayed for.
