Prayer: Application filed under Order XIV Rule 8 of Original Side Rules r/w.
Sec 9(1)(ii)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to direct the respondent to furnish security for the sum of Rs.12,49,713/- within a time fixed by this Court failing which to order attachment of the immovable properties morefully described in the Schedule to the Judges Summons till enforcement of the award passed in the arbitration proceedings and a copy of the attachment order be transmitted through the District Court, Trichy Tamil Nadu and communicated to SRO Manaparai and the attachment order may be hand delivered to the Applicant for transmission.

ORDER
It is seen that by an order dated 05.08.2026, the respondent was directed to furnish security to the tune of Rs.12,49,713/-. Even though notice has been served, the respondents have neither furnished security nor appeared before this Court to show cause as to why they should not furnish security.
2. In view thereof, the petitioner is entitled to the further relief of attachment of the immovable property mentioned in the schedule to the judge's summons. Accordingly, Arbitration Application No. 1564 of 2026 stands allowed as prayed for.
3. The Registry is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the Sub-Registrar concerned, as well as to the concerned Court. No costs 26-10-2026 Neutral Citation: Yes/No NSL To
