Mr.Suryakant Pandey, Chief Manager, as Receiver to seize and take possession of the construction equipment which is more fully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons which is lying in the custody of respondent or respondent's men, agents, servants, from respondent premises or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises if necessary.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the arbitral proceedings have been initiated and are pending. It is further submitted that the private notice issued to the respondent has been served, but the vehicle is yet to be seized by the party receiver.
2. Even though notice is served, the respondent has not chosen to appear before this Court and oppose this application..
3. In view thereof, the order, dated 14.08.2026 is made absolute.
