MAXX CITY 1.3 LX BS6II bearing Vehicle Engine No.TUP4H33654, Chassis No.MA1RV2TUKP6H33123 and Reg.No.UP86AT2242 to the custody of the Applicant, available at the Respondent premises or wherever found and with whomsoever it is found and permit the receiver to obtain Police aid and to break open the premises.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the arbitral proceedings have been initiated and are pending. It is further submitted that the notice issued to the respondent has been served, but the vehicle is yet to be seized by the party receiver.
2. Even though notice is served, the respondent has not chosen to appear before this Court and oppose this application.
3. In view thereof, the order, dated 19.08.2026 is made absolute.
