To issue a Writ of Certioarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, calling for the records pertaining to the Closure Report dated 31-1-2026 filed in Crime No. 1880 of 2012 dated 29-10-2012 on the file of B1 North Beach Police Station, Chennai, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to conduct further investigation through CBCID or any other competent agency, and further direct the respondents to grant appropriate constitutional compensation to the petitioner for the failure of the State machinery to recover the stolen jewels, and pass such further orders as this Honorable Corut.
