ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent, dated 07.10.2024 and the consequential impugned order passed by the first respondent, dated 05.06.2026 with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to restore the free house site patta.

2. Heard Mr.D.S.Haroon Rasheed, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Vashik Ali, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

3. It is be seen that as against the impugned order passed by the first respondent, there is a further revision available before the Commissioner of Land Administration, which would be an efficacious alternative remedy. Hence, the Writ Petitioner could very well exercise the same before approaching this Court.
