COMMON ORDER
(Made by Dr.Anita Sumanth, J.) We are given to understand by Mr.R.Veeramani, learned Special Government Pleader (Co-operative Societies) that order dated 28.03.2025 as against which contempt is alleged has been carried by way of Special Leave Petition (Civil) to the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
2. By order dated 17.08.2026 in SLP (Civil) Diary No.48227 of 2025, the Supreme Court has condoned the delay and has issued statutory notice returnable 16.11.2026. It has further been directed that a status quo as on that date be maintained.
