ORDER

(Made by Dr.Anita Sumanth. J.) This is a petition seeking condonation of delay of 517 days in preferring a Review Application.

2. Final orders in WA.No.898 of 2021 had been passed on 01.04.2025, wherein the petitioner had specifically contended that the Writ Appeal was not pursued, for the reason that recruitment process was ongoing at the time when the batch of Writ Appeals was being heard. Hence, we had, at paragraph 11 of our order dated 01.04.2025, noted the submission of learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, that various appellants including the petitioner (appellant in WA.No.898 of 2021) will be participating in the ongoing recruitment process, by filing necessary applications.

3. In such circumstances, we find absolutely no justification for the present petition to be filed. It is clear to us that the petitioner is simply re- thinking his submission made earlier in respect of participating in the recruitment process, and that too belatedly.

4. The reasons set out in the condonation petition are not persuasive and

this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed, as is the Review Application in SR stage. (A.S.M.,J.) (G.A.M.,J.) 16-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes hvk To
