ORDER
This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the proceedings in O.S.No.139 of 2025 from the file of the District Munsif, Sriperumbudur and transfer the same to the file of the City Civil Court, Chennai.
2. Pursuant to the order of this court dated 23.07.2026, the parties were referred to the Mediation Centre attached to this court and in the presence of the learned Mediator, the parties have reached a settlement agreement, the terms of which have been reduced in writing on 02.09.2026. The original settlement agreement entered into between the parties, signed by their respective counsel is also placed before me for approval.
3. Recording the settlement agreement, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is ordered and O.S.No.139 of 2025, pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur is transferred to the file of Principal District Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.
