JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) When the matter was listed for hearing on 10.09.2026, none appeared on behalf of the Appellant and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'For Dismissal'.
2. Even today, despite the fact that the matter is listed under the caption 'For Dismissal', neither learned counsel for the Appellant nor the Appellant appeared before this Court to prosecute the case.
