Order
The Revision Petitioner is the decree holder in O.S.No.18 of 2012. Having obtained a decree as early as 21.10.2013 and having put the decree to execution in E.P.No.7 of 2014, the petitioner is unable to realise the fruits of the decree till date. The petitioner therefore has approached this Court, seeking speedy disposal of the execution petition, namely E.P.No.7 of 2014.

2. In view of the limited prayer sought for and no prejudice is being caused to the respondent, in view of the order being passed in this revision, I am inclined to dispense with notice to the respondent.
3. The Executing Court (Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Villupuram), shall dispose of E.P.No.7 of 2014 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
4. The Civil Revision Petition is allowed with the above direction. No costs. 10-09-2026 ATA/AJ To The Additional District and Session Judge (Fast Track Court), Villupuram.
