dated 29.08.2026 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission and police protection to perform the cultural program of Adal Padal on the occasion of Vinayagar Chaturthi festival scheduled to be conducted on 14.09.2026 at 06.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. near Kaliyamman temple,
