jurisdiction of the Principal Bench. Consequently, the applicant could have maintained the subject O.A. before the Principal Bench, New Delhi. Accordingly, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 25 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, read with Rule 6 of the Central Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1987, the present P.T. is allowed. O.A. No. 367 of 2025, presently pending before the Hyderabad Bench, is directed to be transferred to the Principal Bench, New Delhi. Registry is directed to take necessary steps accordingly.
