For Applicant(s) Advocate : B GURUDAS

For Respondent(s) Advocate : P NARAYANA Order of The Tribunal Counsel for both the parties are present. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, in their reply, the respondents have stated that the sanctioned establishment of Budharam Branch Post Office consists of two GDS posts, namely,

(i) GDS Branch Postmaster (BPM) and (ii) Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM), as evidenced from the establishment records. However, Annexures 8 and 9, as given by them, clearly show that the concerned ABPM, though shown as posted as GDSMC, BO, with his headquarters at AO. This aspect requires further clarification from the respondents as to how he is not working at Budharam Branch Office.
