Learned counsel for the Railways, submits that in pursuance of the order dt. 28.07.2026, he sought instructions from the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. However, no instructions have been received by him so far. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the Department of Railways has instructed him not to appear on behalf of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. Under these circumstances, issue fresh notice to the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, returnable within 3 weeks, through registered post. Track report of service of the same shall be placed on record by the next date. List the case on 28.10.2026.
