Sanjay Goyal as learned counsel for respondents has been wrongly reflected in place of Sh. Ashwani K. Sharma. The said order is passed by Joint Registrar. Therefore, list this MA before Joint Registrar on 27.10.2026.

I have perused the previous order sheets and the record of attendance pertaining to the said date i.e. 16.07.2026. It is seen that Mr. A.K. Sharma i.e. the applicant in the present M.A was not present at the time of the proceedings of the Joint Registrar’s Court. Accordingly, his attendance has not been marked and the presence of Mr. Sanjay Goyal, Sr. CGSC has been recorded. List this M.A before Hon’ble Bench for appropriate orders on 02.11.2026.
