2. This Writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondent to take appropriate action as against the 3rd respondent to return back the matured chit amount and the property documents and consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2023.
3. As per the earlier order dated 21.08.2026, a copy of the closure report was directed to be sent to the petitioner.
4. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), submitted that the closure report has been sent to the petitioner by post. In addition to that, a copy of the closure report has been served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The copy of the closure report has also been filed before this Court for record purposes.
5. Having the closure report has been received by the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to work out with the further remedy in the manner known to law.
