CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL BANGALORE Order Sheet Item no.: 7 O.A./336/2025 (BANGALORE) [ TRANSFER ] Court No.: 2 No of Adjournment: 16 Order Dated: 28/10/2026 AKHIL N S Vs SOUTH WESTERN RAILWAY

For Applicant(s) Advocate : Ms. Simla Prabhakaran - through video conference For Respondent(s) Advocate : Shri K. Gajendra Vasu for Respondent Nos. 1 to 5, Respondent No. 6 is ex-parte Order of The Tribunal Ms. Simla Prabhakaran on behalf of the applicants through video conference. Shri K. Gajendra Vasu for Respondent Nos. 1 to 5. Respondent No. 6 is ex-parte. The learned counsel for the applicants points out that transfer order with respect to Applicant No. 3 has already been issued but he has not been relieved so far. It is seen from the previous order sheet that the NOC of Applicant No. 3 had been extended upto 21.10.2026, the deadline of which has expired. However, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that since the transfer orders have already been issued, the NOC may not be very relevant. The learned counsel for the respondents also appears to be of similar opinion. By consent, the case is adjourned to 04.12.2026.
