CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL BANGALORE Order Sheet Item no.: 1 O.A./106/2026 (BANGALORE) [ GRATUITY ] [ SENIOR CITIZEN ] Court No.: 2 No of Adjournment: 11 Order Dated: 27/10/2026 DR GEETHA PRASANNAN Vs NCERT

For Applicant(s) Advocate : None for the applicant For Respondent(s) Advocate : Shri K. Gajendra Vasu Order of The Tribunal None on behalf of the applicant. Shri K. Gajendra Vasu on behalf of the respondents. When the matter was called in the first round, none appeared on behalf of the applicant and the matter was passed over. In the second round also, no one has appeared on behalf of the applicant. On the previous occasion, the learned counsel for the applicant had assured that he will furnish the hard copy of his rejoinder to the Registry and also to the learned counsel for the respondents within the subsequent few days. It is seen that the hard copy of the rejoinder has been filed in the Registry, however it is having certain defects. Furthermore, the hard copy of the rejoinder has not been served on the learned counsel for the respondents at all. In view of the above, the counsel for the applicant is directed to ensure the following:

(i) Cure the defects pointed out by the Registry.

(ii) Furnish the hard copy of the rectified rejoinder to the learned counsel for the respondents. The same should be carried out positively within the next 10 working days. If none appears on behalf of the applicant on the next date of hearing, appropriate action will be taken, as per law. List the case again on 25.11.2026.
