CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL BANGALORE Order Sheet Item no.: 1 O.A./301/2026 (BANGALORE) [ TRANSFER ] With M.A./360/2026 FOR AMENDMENT Court No.: 1 No of Adjournment: 8 Order Dated: 27/10/2026 D V KAVITHA Vs BSNL

For Applicant(s) Advocate : Smt D V Kavitha - Party-in-Person For Respondent(s) Advocate : Shri S Prakash Shetty for Respondent No.1 - through video conference, Shri K Gajendra Vasu for Respondent Nos.2 to 5 Order of The Tribunal MA No.385/2026 (for early hearing) : This MA has come up for hearing today. Hence this MA due to lapse of time becomes infructuous. Accordingly, MA No.385/2026 is disposed of as infructuous. OA No.301/2026 : The counsel for both the respondents pointed out that they have not received the copies of MA No.360/2026 for amendment and Additional Rejoinder. It was insisted by the applicant that she has already provided those through email but respondents insisted that they would like to have hard copies as the email is not very clear because so many corrections are there. As the applicant pleads that she is constrained by cost of giving hard copies, considering her plea, she may give email copies to both of them and the applicant confirmed that she has e-mailed the same to them today.

Shri K Gajendra Vasu for Respondent Nos.2 to 5 seeks time for replies to MA No.360/2026 for amendment. For the same 2 weeks' time is granted. List the matter on 17.11.2026.
