For Applicant(s) Advocate : Shri M A Narayana For Respondent(s) Advocate : Shri Vishnu Bhat Order of The Tribunal Learned counsel Shri Vishnu Bhat representing the respondents would submit that Writ Petition No. 9388/2026 is pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka involving the identical issue wherein an Interim Order of stay is in operation against the order passed by this Tribunal in the respective OA concerned therein and requests to adjourn the matter.
